YMCA to Hold Try Without Sky
The Vincennes YMCA along with Back 2 Health of Vincennes have teamed up for the 3rd annual Try without sky triathlon. The event is set for September 16th at the YMCA on College Avenue in Vincennes. The event is open to people 16 years of age and older. Participants in the event will swim laps in the pool, cycle on a stationary bike, and run on a treadmill. Scoring for the event is based on distance.
The event costs $20 for members and $35 for non members. The registration deadline for the event is February 11th. An orientation date is set for February 13th. Orientation is not required, however it is strongly recommended that participants attend. The proceeds will benefit the Vincennes YMCA Financial Assistance Scholarship Membership Fund.
