Washington Man Arrested for Impaired Driving
A Washington man was arrested by Indiana State Police late Saturday for impaired driving and resisting law enforcement.
At 10:20 PM, I-S-P Troopers haulted a 2001 Daewoo on State Road 57 at County Road 150 after making several unsafe lane movements. The driver, 20-year-old Kaleb Wilson of Washington was stopped for the violation. As troopers were writing the citation, Wilson fled on foot, leading officers through muddy fields before being caught up to about a half mile later.
Further investigation revealed that Wilson had marijuana in his system. He is facing charges for operating while impaired and resisting law enforcement. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center with bond set at $4,000.
