Washington BZA Reorganizes, Approves Residential Child Care Business
Last night was the first session of the Washington board of zoning appeals for this year.
At the meeting, Don Spillman was elected as the chairman of the board. The board elected Dan Gress as vice chairman and Tim Dant was appointed as the attorney of the board.
In the meeting, the board approved Karen Doresey to operate a day care out of her residence on Briar Wood Frive.
Washington Building Commissioner, Terry Wininger introduced the new code enforcement officer, Brian Sergesketter to the board. Wininger also introduced Don Williams. Williams is replacing Judy Taylor as the clerk of the building commissioner’s office when she retires at the end of February.
