Vincennes Man Arrested On Domestic Complaint
Vincennes City Police arrested a Vincennes on domestic battery and neglect of a dependent charges. At 1:20 AM Wednesday, Vincennes City Police received a domestic call to 1823 Buntin Street. At the scene, officers arrested 23-year-old Bladimir R. Vasquez. Vasquez was booked into the Knox County Jail.
