Vincennes Man Arrested On Domestic Charges
A Vincennes man was arrested on Domestic charges early Tuesday morning.
Vincennes City police responded to the two hundred block of 10th street in reference to a domestic fight.
Officers located 26 year-old Joshua M. Cochran and placed him under arrest for Domestic Battery. He was transported and book into the Knox County Jail.
