Vincennes Man Arrested as He Flees Accident
A Vincennes man was arrested overnight after he fled from an accident. 22 year-old Andrew Hatfield was involved in an accident on Hart St near 7th Street and fled on foot from the scene.
Hatfield was later located and placed under arrest for leaving the scene of an Accident and was transported to the Knox Co jail where he was found to be intoxicated.
After he failed a chemical test he was also charged with DUI and booked into the Knox Co jail for leaving the scene of an accident and DUI.
