Two Injured In Car Accident Near Washington
A two car accident Tuesday afternoon injuries two in Daviess County, at the intersection Old U.S. 50 & County Road 150 West.
According to police, Megan Nieves of Washington was traveling north on County Road 150 West, when she pulled into the path of Doug Schuetz of Planville. Schuetz veered right and attempted to break to avoid the collision, however he struck Nieves’s 1999 Chevy Malibu in the front driver’s side.
Both Nieves and her passenger, 1 year-old Javin Nieves were treated on scene for injuries sustained in the accident.
