(Evansville, Indiana) Two people were arrested during a warrant search of a residence in Evansville.
Tuesday, August 27, around 3:50 p.m., Indiana State Police executed an arrest warrant at 5322 North Kerth Avenue in Evansville for Mindy Jo Carroll, 33. She was wanted for a parole violation. They located and arrested Carroll without incident and charged on a Parole Viloation Warrant.
Carroll’s boyfriend was also present. While inside the residence troopers observed drug paraphernalia in plain view. Troopers found small amounts of meth, marijuana, two syringes and drug paraphernalia. All the drug items belonged to Gary Wilson, 45, of Evansville. Wilson was charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Meth, Possession of Legend Drug, Possession of Syringe, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
They were both arrested and taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail where they are currently being held without bond.
