Sparks Against VU To Continue in Appeals Court

The Indiana Court of Appeals will now listen to a battle between a local college and its former coach.

On March 28th, the court will hear oral arguments at Valparaiso University in Northern Indiana.

Vincennes University is countering with their zero-tolerance policy that was put in place in 2003. According to University officials, Sparks falsified a recruit’s application to the University.
Three judges will hear testimony from both Vincennes University and Dan Sparks. They will then take the testimony under advisement. A ruling will be expected later on.
