Pope Withdrawing From Public Life

(Vatican City) — Pope Benedict the 16th will not be seen in public after the end of this month.

The aging Pontiff has told priests in Rome that he will go into isolation and prayer once his resignation becomes effective. On Monday the 85-year-old Benedict announced he will resign his papacy on February 28th.
