(Princeton, Indiana) A Patoka man was arrested for a DUI after being pulled over for non-working taillights.
On Saturday, August 31, Deputy Fischer saw a vehicle travelling south on Main Street in Princeton without any taillights. Deputy Fischer stopped the vehicle as the driver pulled into Beaches Bar and he smelled an alcoholic odor coming from the driver.
Thomas M. Wernz, 53, of Patoka, was transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated (DUI).
Mr. Wernz remains in custody on a $650 bond.
