(Vincennes, Indiana) A Vincennes woman was arrested after a traffic stop and K-9 unit alerted to narcotics being present.
Just after 11 p.m. last night Trooper Gramig stopped a vehicle driving left of center several different times down Willow Street. Upon approaching the vehicle a strong odor of burnt marijuana was detected.
Radiance Diane Hagler-Grant, 22, of Vincennes was the driver and had her four-year-old son in the backseat. The Troopers searched the vehicle with the help of the K-9 and found a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Hagler-Grant was found to be driving under the influence of marijuana and driving with a suspended driver’s license.
Hagler-Grant was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Marijuana), Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While Suspended. She was taken to the Knox County Jail and held on bond. Her son was released to a family member.
