Les Shivley Appointed to Vanderburgh Superior Court

Evansville Attorney Les Shively will become the next Vanderburgh Superior Court Judge.

Outgoing Governor Mitch Daniels will appoint Shively to fill the position left vacant by Judge David Kiely, who was elected to Circuit Court last November.

Shively served as counsel of the Evansville Area Association of Realtors from 1982 – 2000 and has represented the Vanderburgh County Election Board, among others.  Shively has also served on the Indiana Board of Law Examiners.
