Knox County Humane Society Seeks UEZ Funds for Renovations
At Tuesday’s Urban Enterprise Zone, the board heard from Toni Holmes about renovations to the Knox County Humane Society on Main Street
The facility at 405 B&C Main Street has new tuckpointing, paint, awning, and a door dating back to the proper time period. The society approached the board for reimbursement of some of the renovations costs.
The UEZ Board approved for $2,000 to be reimbursed to the Knox County Humane Society.
