INDOT Employee Accused of Insurance Fraud
An INDOT employee is accused of insurance fraud.
The Indiana Attorney General’s Office wants field engineer Scott Trammell to repay the more than 33-thousand-dollars in insurance benefits he received for his second wife.
Investigators say Trammel was still married to his first wife when he married his second wife, making her ineligible for the insurance benefits.
The problem was discovered when Trammel applied for benefits for his third wife last October.
