Indiana State Police Arrest Three Individuals In Vincennes During Saturation Patrol 

(Vincennes, Indiana)  Three people in Vincennes were arrested during the Indiana State Police Saturation Patrol in the Vincennes area.

In the evening of August 30 and into the morning of Saturday, August 31 the Indiana State Police staged a Saturation Patrol targeting impaired and dangerous drivers around Vincennes.  Three people were arrested, two were women arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and the other was a man for Possession of Marijuana.  Two other men from Austin, Indiana were cited and released for Possession of Marijuana.

Elizabeth A. Evans, 51, of Vincennes was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and her BAC was .14%.  She was taken to the Knox County Jail where she was later released after posting bond.

Julie A. Bailey, 41, of Vincennes was also arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and her BAC was .15%.  Bailey was taken to the Knox County Jail and was also released after posting bond.

Johnathon Foster

Johnathon L.H. Foster, 20, Scottsburg, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.  He was taken to the Knox County where he is currently being held on bond.

Also two teenagers, Thomas J. Amburgy Jr., 19, Austin, Indiana and Carmen J. Zanier, 18, of Austin, Indiana were cited and released for Possession Of Marijuana
