Executive Inn Battle Continues

The battle continues between the city and the owners of the Executive Inn.
Early Monday Afternoon, City Attorney Dave Roellgen received word about a ruling from judge Sherri Gilmore, allowing the city to go ahead with the demolition.
Shortly after the the ruling on Tuesday Morning, the Valdes family filed an appeal with the ruling, sending it to the Indiana court of appeals. The Valdes family along with their attorney, Robert Rock have 30 days to brief the Court of Appeals on the case, while the city of Vincennes has 30 Days to file a response.
