Daviess County Arrests From 1/16
A Washington man was arrested on public intoxication charges. 49-year-old Randy Bennington was arrested by Washington police on the charge. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center where he is being held without bond.
A Montgomery woman was arrested by Washington police on various drug charges. 30-year-old Charity Wagler was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies and is being charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated refusal, operating while intoxicated endangering a person, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Daviess County Security Center with bond set at $6,000.
Indiana State Police arrested a Jasper woman on drug related charges. 43-year-old Katherine Sue Hill was arrested in Daviess County for possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Daviess County Security Center where she is out on bond.
2 men were arrested in Daviess County on Thursday on failure to appear warrants. 18-year-old Jacob Bowling was arrested for failing to appear for a charge of failure to stop after an accident, resulting in damage to an unattended vehicle.
36-year-old Phillip Wonder of Washington was arrested for failing to appear for driving while suspended and check deception.
Both men have bonded out from the Daviess County Security Center.
