(UPDATED): VINCENNES, Ind. (AP) — Officials say chemicals fueled a fire that destroyed a dry-cleaning business in Vincennes.
Off-duty firefighters were called in late yesterday to help put out the blaze that sent flames through the roof of C&G Quality Dry Cleaning Services. The city’s fire chief says the blaze spread so quickly that crews couldn’t put water on the building fast enough.
Crews were called to the scene around midnight Wednesday.
No injuries were reported.
The State Fire Marshall has called in to help in the investigate in the cause of the fire. Hometown News will keep you updated of any new developments.
