Brent Scarpo to speak at Vincennes University
The Real World of Addiction will be the topic of a presentation on January 9 at 7:00 p.m. (EST), at Vincennes University’s Red Skelton Performing Arts Center. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend. The event is part of the VU Student Activities Impact Series.
Brent Scarpo has more than 30 years of experience as a speaker, life coach, producer, writer, director, actor, and casting director in Hollywood. He served as a casting director for such films as Air Force One, That Thing You Do, The Shawshank Redemption, and Matilda.
He recently appeared on The Today Show, winning the writing contest, Everyone Has A Story. Walter “Trey” Weatherholtz III is one of the cast members of Season 27 of Real World: St Thomas. Born in a blue-collar section of Baltimore, his drug-addict father was in and out of prison for much of his life on charges related to murder, leaving the youngster to be raised by his mother and grandmother.
He shares with audiences around the world how each person can overcome life’s challenges, especially addiction.
