Bank of America is looking to sell mortgage servicing rights on over 300-billion dollars worth of loans.
Two firms are in talks to purchase a chunk of the banking giant’s mortgage servicing rights for an undisclosed amount.
The news comes as a new report finds over five-million Americans are still behind on their monthly home payments.
